Everything seemed just average. It was the first place I went for consultation after deciding on rhinoplasty, so if I went again now it might feel different, but from how I felt back then, I was a bit surprised that they recommended autologous costal cartilage for a first surgery. Personally I pursue a natural look, and autologous costal cartilage felt a bit burdensome, so I don’t think I’d get the surgery.
