The interior was so-so. Patient charts were filled out by hand. During the manager's consultation, they explained a lot about nasal function. But during the director's consultation, they didn't show me any surgical cases, and I got a slight feeling that they were probing me to see whether I would actually have surgery and what I wanted? The impression was good. They listened well to what I had to say and communicated well. But I didn't get the feeling that they clearly picked up on what I really wanted. I was considering whether to use septal cartilage for the tip and whether to place a thin layer of silicone on the bridge.
