The consultation manager is kind. I wanted surgery without implants, but the director recommended using silicone. It’s not something I absolutely have to do, and my opinion is what matters most, so I set up the surgery estimate using only cartilage and without silicone. I didn’t get a CT; after looking inside my nose, they said I had a deviated septum and told me to have that corrected together with the surgery.
