The director and manager consultations were kind, They seemed to understand well the parts I thought were the current problems. There was no waiting. However, although my rhinitis symptoms aren't particularly severe or bothersome, it feels like they are recommending rhinitis surgery just because insurance will cover it, and the cost of the rhinitis surgery is expensive.
