I had surgery 4 years ago, and after the consultation I sort of got swept into booking the surgery. It was done without an implant, using the septum, and for about 7 months people said my nose was pretty a lot. But after that it kept sagging and the tip got pointy.. It wasn't cheap money for a first surgery, so I'm disappointed. I'm looking into revision surgery now.
