The consultation lasted about an hour and was very relaxed. The manager and the director were both kind, asked me a lot of questions, and explained the surgery in great detail and very professionally, so I felt comfortable and liked it. However, I couldn't clearly picture the outcome in my head, so I hesitated to decide on making a reservation. I was satisfied with and understood the consultation about septal surgery and rhinoplasty, but there may still be a few disappointing points, and I got the feeling that I might not get the result I want.
