I went there for a consultation after being introduced through a friend recommendation. I got a little lost on the way and was about 5 minutes late, but I didn't have to wait long and got the consultation right away. When the director looked at the design, he matched it well to my requests and clearly told me what I didn't need and what would be effective if I did it, which I liked!
