I went for a consultation after watching a YouTube video of someone who had success treating a contracture nose. I consulted with the director for about an hour. If they only answered what I asked, the consultation couldn't have been that long. They explained everything in detail. Before I even spoke, they immediately pointed out what my concerns were and then talked about the surgical method to match them. I've heard this is a place famous for contracture noses, so I trust that they would do well with lowering a raised nose, and the director is extremely kind and humane.
