This nose surgery is a revision surgery, so I was really careful and consulted at a few places. When I consulted with the director, to put it kindly, the consultation was friendly, but during the hour and a half consultation, he only talked about himself, which made me a little annoyed. Still, he seemed to have a very strong pride in the surgery, so I did trust him, but he said he uses autologous costal cartilage, ear cartilage, and various other cartilages, which felt burdensome, so I had the surgery at another hospital
