I had square-jaw surgery behind the ears here about 4 years ago. It's a professional clinic, so there were no issues, I didn't end up with a pointed jaw, and the shape came out pretty nicely. One thing I regret is that the scar is still somewhat visible when seen from behind the ear, which is disappointing Other than that, I'm fairly satisfied.
