I went in for a consultation about muscle removal, and the front desk staff and coordinator were kind. The director was chic, looked dignified, and especially seemed very confident. But they did listen to my own opinions a little less. Still, they spoke with such confidence that I'm planning to trust them and go ahead with surgery.
