Usually, I thought a plastic surgery consultation went like this: manager, doctor for 5 minutes, then manager for the price consultation. But. Here there was no waiting at all, I just went straight into the doctor's consultation. If you look at the blog, it explains in detail why taking a CT scan for nose surgery is meaningless. The doctor's consultation alone took about 20 minutes. For someone like me, who thought doctor consultations were just sitting down for a second and then leaving, it was a very fresh, shocking dose of existential exhaustion. Very professional, with a professor-like vibe. Just going for a consultation feels like you gain knowledge. He said that after nose surgery, the nose becomes like a pig nose. They loosen the alar cartilage and restore it again, saying they restore it back to the original nose shape, I didn't understand it completely, but he said the nose after surgery becomes a pig nose. That was so fascinating. He also said a crooked nose can be corrected. He said what other hospitals said couldn't be done actually can be done. And he also looked at my whole face. He said he had previously undergone jaw surgery and told me absolutely not to get long-chin correction or any surgery to shorten the chin. He said it was pointless and would only ruin the face. It felt like he was looking at the face as a whole. I'm torn between here and another place famous for revision surgery... But for a crooked nose, even if I ask for a discount, they won't give even 1 won off It's fixed pricing.... But the price is steep and it's also general anesthesia, so it's a bit of a burden. Otherwise it's local anesthesia with sedation, but I wasn't confident I could stay awake for 4 hours For now I have appointments here and at another place, and I'm planning to go back for a re-consultation about the crooked nose. They recommended autologous costal cartilage for my nose, but I'm worried about having to cut the rib, so I'm planning to ask again whether ear cartilage could work.
