Before the real consultation, they touched the inside of my nose with a long cotton swab. There was no separate CT scan. They were kind and enthusiastic about nose surgery. I told them my complaints about my current nose, what I hoped to improve, and what kind of nose I wanted, and they kindly explained with a large nose model they made themselves what my nose is like now, which parts need to be adjusted to get the nose I want, and how they would operate if I had surgery,,, The osteotomy from my first surgery wasn’t done the way I wanted, but I liked that they said it could be corrected and that a donor material could be used. I felt like I could understand the current condition of my nose very well.
