The director's confident explanation and tone made me feel like if I got it done here, it would definitely be a success. They explained my questions in detail, which was a relief. But the coordinator strongly pushed for making a reservation and had an attitude of tearing down other clinics to raise their own. That was not great.. It felt like the doctor and coordinator were not on the same page.. disappointing.
