Even though I arrived early, there was suddenly a surgery in front of the director, so my appointment was delayed for over an hour. Still, maybe because he felt sorry, he gave the most detailed and delicate consultation he could, and he was more confident than any other hospital director I'd met. Honestly, even though in terms of aftercare and facilities it fell far short of other hospitals, the director's credibility and experience were the best, so this was a place I really agonized over until the very end. The reason I ultimately didn't choose it was the manager. The manager was very pushy about booking, the consultation wasn't professional, and there was trash-talking about other hospitals... He said, despite having over 20 years of experience, that there had never been a single person who had side effects here. That kind of nonsense lie, which couldn't possibly be true, actually lowered my trust. Even though I knew full well that the person operating is the director, I realized that the manager's role in advertising on behalf of the director's attitude, skill, and the hospital's image inevitably affects patients. If they hadn't shown such a false image, I think I would have trusted this hospital and gone straight into surgery.
