I had a consultation assigned with Director Kim Jae-woo, and after talking with him, he really does seem like a great doctor. I think his skill is good, and he gives straightforward care without overdoing it. He’s conscientious, and I was surprised. However, on the other hand, the manager was really bad. I was the one who came out after the consultation, but when I said the doctor had explained it in that way when estimating the price, they didn’t believe me. Even after I repeated it several times, they kept checking by calling in front of me. They also kept trying to steer the surgery method toward what they wanted, which made me feel bad, so I ruled the clinic out because of that. The doctor really seems like a good person.
