Before discussing price or schedule with the consultation manager, I first consulted with the doctor, and over a long time he explained in detail why this kind of surgery had to be done, including some personal opinions and experiences, so I felt a bit reassured. The consultation manager also didn’t pressure me to make a reservation at all and only relayed the important points kindly.
