First of all, among the hospitals I've consulted recently, this was the first place that explained things medically while consulting. I looked into alar base reduction a lot, but I had no idea they actually peel the surrounding skin and pull it tight ;; The consultation manager was also very calm and explained things in more detail than the managers at other hospitals, and there was none of that same-day reservation, discount talk at all haha. But when they drew the style for alar base reduction and alar rim lowering, it wasn't really my style because I prefer something more natural, so I passed on the nose!! But the eye consultation is delicious.. I'm timid and I know what my eyes are like, so my mindset was that for eye surgery to go smoothly I should do in-out hehe Other hospitals also drew things up in a way that made me think, are they actually drawing the line or not, and that my eyes can only be in-out anyway... But here, they drew the exact line I sketch at home in the mirror!! Semi-out exactly. I literally went, oh..? out loud here. The director also seemed proud that he was good at drawing semi-outs, and said in-outs are an easy line to draw and that semi-out would suit me well. He didn't recommend epicanthoplasty, and said a superior tarsal fixation with adhesion alone would be enough. But looking at the reviews, it seems most people do superior tarsal fixation and semi adhesion. If you want semi-out, I recommend getting a consultation here once.
