Actually, I visited for another minor procedure. While doing the procedure, they asked if I had any concerns about my alar area. The truth is, even though I had had nose surgery, my nose was still big and I had really wanted alar reduction, but I had been giving up on it. I was surprised that they pinpointed exactly the part I wanted, and they even did a consultation right away. The director is cheerful and even funny. From the reviews, it seems like they do it naturally, so I’m thinking of getting it done here.
