Among all the hospitals I've been to so far, this one explained things in the most detailed and careful way. What would take 30 minutes elsewhere took an hour here. But personally, the way they talked about forehead lift surgery made it sound like it was nothing at all, so I couldn't tell whether they were really that confident or just being careless, and I don't think I'll get surgery here.
