Rather than recommending factory-style surgery, they recommended surgery that analyzes the individual's nose shape and fills in the lacking parts. They explained the surgical method for each procedure in detail. However, when I asked questions, instead of giving proper explanations to the questions, they tended to explain with the goal of pushing surgery.
