Recommended if you want a really natural nose that feels like your own nose. I wouldn't recommend a flashy nose. I did it because I only wanted the tip improved naturally, and if I don't say anything, nobody notices.. I'm satisfied. But mine did sag once, so I had a revision surgery (it sagged within a year). I'm a little afraid it might sag again someday, but I'm still satisfied with the clinic.
