The surgical scar does fade over time. But there is a dimple-like hollowing when I smile (I think this varies by person...). On one side, the sensation still hasn't fully returned. It doesn't bother me, so I'm just living with it... The effect is too small compared with the price and the trouble, so I'm sad... The head doctor is kind and feels like a neighborhood uncle, so it's comfortable. The hospital atmosphere is friendly, and the director is kind too. But... the effect is just too disappointing The 45-degree cheekbones were reduced quite a bit, but there is almost no front-view effect. And if the 45-degree cheekbones are reduced a lot, a face with depth can become a flat face, so please be careful... This doesn't seem like a surgery you do thinking, 'Even if the effect is weak, let's just do it first~' If you have a narrow front facial width and your 45-degree cheekbones are the only thing that stands out, the effect would probably be amazing. If you have a wide horizontal face, I don't think you'll feel much front-view effect
