My 45-degree cheekbones definitely went down. I felt the bumpy cheekbones I used to feel when I covered my face with both palms were gone, so I was satisfied and have been living with that. I came in today after a long time because I wanted to know about lower eye corner surgery. I had it done 7 years ago. My face hasn't sagged at all, and there are no scars. Friends I met after a long time all ask, "You look prettier. What did you do?" If I don't say anything, they can't tell. I recommend it.
