The staff were kind, and everyone from the consultation coordinator to the doctor was kind, which I liked! Also, perhaps because I went on a weekday morning, there weren't many people in the waiting room. The doctor's consultation was longer than the coordinator's, so I could ask everything I was curious about, and the doctor answered every question kindly. (If you're going for a consultation, I think it's best to aim for a weekday morning like I did. It's a little tip
