I got a huge number of calls to confirm my appointment.. I think I answered about five. I got into the consultation quickly without waiting. They said one eye had loosened slightly and would become more defined if tightened, and I liked that they clearly told me what could not be done regarding my uneven eyes. There was no excessive sales pitch, and they kindly answered all my questions. The consultation coordinator also wrote the price and information separately in a brochure, which made comparison easy.
