This was a consultation for revision rhinoplasty. I had previously had a closed approach surgery (without using the septum), and at this hospital they recommended donated rib cartilage + ear cartilage + septal cartilage. They said that because my nose is a bit short, they would use donated rib cartilage to support it firmly, and because the nose is small, the septum alone might not be enough. They said they use donated rib cartilage for revision rhinoplasty at this hospital in most cases. Overall, I think this is a place that produces a somewhat glamorous style. If you provide photos, they pass them to the marketing team and use them for Baritalk or promotional purposes, and in return they give you a discount. If you accept the offer, you have to pay a 100,000 won review deposit for the surgery (it gets refunded if they receive photos). But even with the discount, it wasn't cheap.
