First of all, the manager was very kind, listened sincerely to everything, and gave a good consultation. And what mattered most was that I really liked the consultation with the doctor. They pinpointed the parts I had never been able to be satisfied with on my own, and among all the consultations I had with various doctors, this was the best. I couldn't end up deciding on surgery for other reasons, but anyway I was satisfied with the consultation.
