I waited about 40 minutes. Consultation with the manager, then with the director. The manager recommended ptosis correction, but I said I wanted to avoid it if possible. The manager said okay for now, then I met the director, and as soon as he came in, without even looking at my eyes, he said I needed ptosis correction, so I was like, what is this;; I tried hard to explain my opinion and said I didn't want ptosis correction... He checked my line, then suddenly recommended an incision, saying a buried suture probably wouldn't work because I have double folds. So in the end, the conversation drifted toward buried sutures plus ptosis correction. (Since I said no ptosis correction, it felt like he pulled out the bigger card of an incision to persuade me.) He drew the line very high, around 8.5 mm to 9 mm. He seemed overflowing with confidence in surgery. And he said he would make my eyes as open and as glamorous and big as possible, within the limits of my current eyes (I liked that part). But then the director suddenly said that if you look at other hospitals' reviews, the swelling goes down completely within a month and becomes natural.. but that's a failed result. He said if it becomes natural by one month, then after a year the height gets lower quickly... Even with buried sutures, it should stay puffy for at least two months, and only then, when that goes down, does it become natural... (This part was a bit worrying.. I'm a little afraid it might look like sausage.) Conclusion: Recommendation; buried sutures + ptosis correction + epicanthoplasty, around 1.4 million won
