I went for a consultation for revision nose surgery. The manager looked a bit intimidating and had a somewhat sales-y feeling.. The director explained things kindly and well, and there were about 4 people waiting before the consultation. It was in the morning, but I thought that was quite a lot. The price and the surgical method were a little different from what I had expected..
