The director is extremely honest and doesn't give false hope. From aftercare to the surgery itself, there is sincerity and a tremendous sense of responsibility. If it weren't for the uncertainty of the dermis, I think they would be remembered as truly the best director. They don't push surgery at all. Even from the consultation until just before the surgery, I kept thinking, "They're a business, after all," but they're really a master. I even wondered, "From the surgery to aftercare, is there even anything left for them?" The entire day was invested only in me, including the time invested and the aftercare. They don't even take a deposit before surgery. They say there are a lot of no-shows, but I think they also understood the feelings of people who feel anxious because of being forced by a deposit, though they said it hasn't been improved Even right before starting the surgery, they tell you to think carefully again. Until the very end, they advised me that they'd refund the surgery fee, that scars can remain on the body, that dermis doesn't regenerate, and that with dermis you may not get the desired shape or height. I ended up with more left over than I expected, and they take responsibility all the way to the end for aftercare and dissatisfaction through dermis injections as well. They kept contacting people individually even until just before closing, and if there was anything lacking they even told people to get after-service, taking losses on themselves and providing free aftercare, and then they shut down I support them and hope only good days come their way.
