He is an outstanding doctor who truly thinks about the patient. He worries a lot, as if it were his own matter, that the patient’s postoperative course might not go well, and when problems arise, he puts a lot of effort into solving them. Since this is a specialized clinic for autologous dermis, most patients are revision or complication cases. I was one of them, so I’m always grateful. That said, I think there are limits to autologous dermis. Mine has been absorbed a lot; the bridge is fine at this point, but the nasal tip has been absorbed a lot, so it looks a little upturned, and there is protrusion of the alar cartilage, so I’m thinking of revising only the nasal tip. In fact, even before surgery my nose was naturally a little crooked... and because of the nature of using a lot of autologous dermis, it seems other people have these side effects too. They have now closed, but if they reopen, I really want to get my revision surgery from the doctor again, so I’m worried about not having that option.
