They said my nasal bridge is low, I have a slight alar retraction, and the columella is raised, so I have a bit of a upturned nose. They said that if the bridge is raised, the tension could make that worse, so the upturned-nose correction would need to be done a little, and that could be done by taking ear cartilage, extending the septum, and lowering the alar cartilage a bit to tie it there. As for the nose itself, because the tip is high and the bridge is low, they said I could just put in dermis and raise only the bridge. It seems like the safest option, but I'm a little worried about the avatar period.
