I had breast surgery a long time ago. The director was cold during the consultation, but sincere and professional, and explained the consultation and surgery method in an easy-to-understand way. I remember that they clearly told me why something couldn't be done when it wasn't possible. I introduced several acquaintances after my surgery, and I'm still satisfied and living well now.
