About 15 years ago I had my first double-eyelid surgery here with incision, and both my friend who had it with me and I had ours loosen within 6 months. My friend had the partial-incision method, and after both of us had revision surgery at the same place again, it loosened again. Both doctors were a bit cynical, but it wasn't a total disaster (there was almost no scarring, maybe because we were young). It looks natural, but it's uneven and comes undone easily. These days they seem to focus mainly on breast surgery, so I don't know about the eyes.
