There was no consultation fee and no CT scan. The wait wasn’t long. The process was for the director to see me first, followed by a consultation with the coordinator. The director seemed willing to accommodate what I wanted, but I’m not sure how much surgical experience he has. He didn’t seem to like questions about the surgical method and didn’t explain it in detail... I wanted to know and decide on the method after having experienced one failed surgery, so it bothered me that he wouldn’t explain it... He was kind during the first consultation, but cynical during the second... The coordinator had a somewhat unusual vibe, but less like a coordinator and more like a friend of my mother who lives nearby—very caring and talkative. She even brought me soy milk. haha After the consultation, I visited again because I had more questions, and they immediately connected me with the director’s office, so I could see him and consult directly. It was nice that seeing the director was easy. It also felt like they would check the shape when removing something, so it seemed okay if I wanted removal.
