The doctor explains things in a moderately comfortable yet professional way. They are not exceptionally kind, but explain well enough to be trustworthy if you choose to trust them. My thoughts go something like, “Is this right? Maybe it is? I think it is?” That is how it feels.... The consultation manager is also, as others have said, a somewhat difficult type, but they are not rude, dismissive, or scolding, so I think it is manageable. Other places
