Hmm... honestly, I feel I saw almost no effect I had cartilage binding and MegaDerm inserted at the nasal tip, but the effect was very minimal. The tip only looked higher for the first few months, and almost all of it was absorbed, so now it looks almost the same as my original nose. It was non-incisional, and being able to return to daily life in about a week is an advantage, but the effect was small for the price, so if I could go back, I probably would not do it. I recommend it for people who are okay with a subtle effect that only they notice, but otherwise, why bother?? I recommend spending more time and money to have an incisional procedure instead.
