I had Nose Beam four years ago. I had nasal tip binding, DuoDERM inserted, and a hump shaved down, but the hump came back only a week after the splint was removed, and the Nose Beam surgery was not dramatically effective either. They did explain that unless the hump was shaved and covered with material such as silicone, the bone would grow back, but I never expected it to protrude again after just one week T_T lol I paid an extra 800,000 won to shave it down, so I basically threw that money away T_T The DuoDERM insertion too
