I had cartilage binding and Nose Beam, and overall it is better than before. My nose was not particularly low to begin with, so I am not dissatisfied. The front view improved subtly, and the side view is slightly higher too. I had 4 mm inserted. Right before surgery, I asked them to change it to 6 mm, but the doctor told me to just use 4 mm, so that is what I did. It is a little disappointing, but since it was only the tip, I guess it could not be helped when considering the step between levels, though I am not sure. The improvement from the front that I wanted is not dramatic. People who want a very natural result would probably be satisfied. I think it became naturally and subtly prettier, but nobody around me noticed, haha. I am getting greedy, so I will probably have revision surgery. There is an effect.
