I went there because my parents know them, but no matter how much like family they are, if they’re taking money and operating, I think the consultation, surgery, and follow-up all have to be professional. Even during the consultation, the tone was like they had no intention of adjusting anything, saying, “Let’s do it like this.” During the surgery they spoke casually, and at the follow-up they made ridiculous jokes like, “I made you into a person.”
