It’s been so long now that I don’t remember very well, but the director who operated on me left the clinic, and I visited with a high school student and my mom. Because of my epicanthic folds, they said I absolutely had to get an inner corner epicanthoplasty or it wouldn’t hold, so I had an incisional procedure. They used sleep anesthesia and local anesthesia, and kept telling me to open my eyes in between so they could check the line. I woke up from the anesthesia and was discharged right away. My eyelid line is now a natural in-out style, and most people around me can’t tell. The one disappointing thing is that there’s a slight scar? outside the line, and when I asked why that was happening, the consultation manager said it would get better over time and just brushed it off. I was young too, so I didn’t know much and didn’t push it.. Now you can’t really see it unless I’m bare-faced, so I just leave it, but if I went back, I’d probably research more carefully in Seoul before doing it. The staff and consultation were kind, though.
