I had surgery with the doctor 8 years ago, and it still looks so natural and hasn't loosened at all! People around me don't even know I had double eyelid surgery haha. Highly recommended. But I do remember that the swelling lasted quite a long time after surgery, and it only started to look natural at least 3 months later.
