I went for a consultation because the blog posts looked interesting, and it seems like they have a very clear sense of aesthetics.. They cut me off a bit, and the surgery method is basically, "I'll handle everything myself." They say they have their own technique, so everything is strictly confidential.. The before-and-after photos really changed dramatically and looked beautiful, so I was extremely tempted, but the reviews here are so terrible that it's scary. Is it one of those cases where if it goes well it goes really well, and if it goes badly it's a complication..?
