It has been about five years since my surgery. I had a hump, a deviated nose, and large nasal bones, so osteotomies were performed. The nasal bones themselves were deviated to one side, but the doctor made them nicely symmetrical, haha. My nostrils were originally round, but they became prettier. The incision scar is really!! invisible!! I was not the type to specify exactly what I wanted; I prefer to trust the doctor completely, so that is what I did, and I am extremely satisfied! My chin and face somehow have a very calculated? planned? feeling. The tip is firm but moves well in every direction. It sounds contradictory, but that is how it is. Amazing. I have not noticed drooping or any change in shape. The more I touch the tip, the more natural it seems to become. I dropped an iPad on my face and touched it a lot afterward, and since then the tip has become even more natural.
