I had a consultation last year, but it was too expensive so I didn't do it then. I forgot about fat grafting entirely, but the after photos looked so natural that I went back, and they said the price had gone down compared to last year, so I'm going to have surgery there next week. Even though the price has been lowered, it's still more expensive than other places, but I'm looking forward to it after seeing the reviews.
