I knew they were safety-oriented, and I asked for the full package to be as full as possible, but it ended up being natural. Maybe I should think of it as a relief that it didn't calcify excessively and didn't sag.. The graft take is just so-so; nobody can tell I had fat grafting, and even I can only say my facial impression has become softer... I got a scar on my butt crease that looks like a Mongolian spot, and I guess there's nothing I can do about it. It would have been better if it were just a little fuller
