I had forehead fat grafting. I really hate a puffy forehead, so I asked them to make it look natural. It turned out way more natural than I expected, and unless I say something, nobody around me notices. I’m the only one satisfied Still, I think it’s fine as long as you accept that there will be a scar where the fat was taken out!
