The director doesn't seem incapable of doing liposuction and body contouring, and is kind. But the atmosphere is basically that once the surgery is done, that's it. If you have something you want during the consultation, you need to say it first. The director is a bit passive and never says things like, "Maybe this would be better" or "How about doing it this way?" They cut off anything impossible very clearly. They don't check on you after surgery, and I never even got a glimpse of the doctor. Post-op care is just one session of radiofrequency for 5-10 minutes. Also, the surgical site isn't stitched, and there is no stitch removal. The area under the chin barely moves so it healed well, but there may be a scar near the ear. I'm waiting to see. The staff are average. Not rude, just like a worn-out office worker. No useless consultation with the manager, though they do charge a consultation fee. Oh, the young nurse in the operating room was kind of bad, but another one was very careful and good. Not that I wouldn't recommend it, but if someone said they were going, I'd think, why bother...? I'd tell them to get consultations elsewhere too. Honestly, I do feel like a bit less fat came off, but the amount removed itself was already a lot, so I guess that was the maximum. Since they don't follow up, how would I know...? If I go for a consultation again, it feels like they'd charge another consultation fee.
