I have a long face and a recessed forehead, and after I lost weight rapidly, my face looked hollow and unattractive, so I got fat grafting. The fat in my forehead disappeared in less than a week, but my face overall seems to have more vitality. It's been about 4 years now? They were very natural about it back then, so there wasn't any dramatic effect then either, but now that I've gained some weight compared to back then, I don't gain much fat in my face, and it feels like the fat graft is coming up. I'm an office worker, so I didn't want anything too exaggerated, and it really wasn't overdone at all, so even though my face has filled out and gained more vitality compared with before, there was absolutely no image transformation.
